the meaning is so short but the action is so much harder to understand. juz string 10 passes, was it really that hard for us? maybe we're too easy on ourselves, unwilling to push harder. we shld be able to do that by now, but girls do not play soccer during recess time wad. at least not as often as guys do. maybe we're being too complacent, i donno!!
ARGH! nevertheless, yesterday was a really bad training. i would rather be dead tired after working my bod out so much but we ended up sitting at the gym alley thinking of wad to do next. ergh!
on a happier note, grace, salome and me had self-training today. really fun! i finally completed my 4.8km without stopping! but i run damn slow lah. salome and grace disappeared after the chalet on the way back. but nvm lah, juz be comfortable wid my current pace and slowly increase shld be ok. =D Got ppl say we crazy to train by oursleves today. but i guess it's the horrid feeling from yest horrendous training that made us move our legs till jelly today. wonder how long will this enthu-ness last. ok...that was so pessimistic.
