top 3 jobs i'll not wanna do
top 3 jobs i'll do over my dead body:
1. a kindergarden/primary sch teacher
did a community project to complete my nyaa component. muz say it's not that bad, neither was it that gd either. but the main point is, getting kids to shut up and sit down is a nightmare! they have endless amount of energy to spare and nv get a sore throat no matter how loud they scream. argh! and i found out 'simon says' is a great way to get kids to listen. but it's magic only last a while. hehe!
2. a busker
yup. stood for 6hrs at orchard and blow (and suck) like 17 songs, 5 times for harmoc busking. imagine the pain of rubbing metal on a delicate part of ur skin. yup, that's how my lips (and the skin around it) felt after that. summore sometimes my saliva ran out halfway through the song, felt so painful! like abrasion. and my stupid sandels hurt like crazy, shall not wear that next time i go walk walk. nvm, rewarded myself by splurging on a lovely necklace from tangs after that. so nice! i luv it when i buy perfect stuff wid my own $$, feels so good. and i found out that angmohs are the most generous and apprieciative ppl in the world. they actually stop and watch and clap for us, and they are also willing to donate notes to charity. singaporeans mainly siam the round metal box. but on the other hand, as my mother said, "they wouldn't have come to asia unless they are rich." true hur...
3. the guy who sits at the start of the HSBC tree top walk at macritchie.
all he does is sit there and count the no of ppl that walks the bridge, and he doesn't collect entrance fee summore. besides looking at the breath-taking scenary (but how breath-taking can it be if u look at it everyday), wad else to do. vanessa suggest sitting in diff position everyday to enjoy diff part of the scenary. by the end of the yr, he will know every tree and every bird that lives in the tree by heart. haha!
oh yes, and while we were hiking in macritchie (refer to vanessa's blog), there's this song that keeps playing in my mind. partially coz i heard in in 'Friends' that morn, and partially becoz the place suits the song so well. it goes something like that "in the jungle, the mighty jungle, the... (i forgot the rest)" i don even noe the song name, so if u do, pls tell me.

if u're travelling on the MRT between tamp and simei, u'll see this banner on the holy trinity chruch that says "Christmas is not only a season, it's a way of life" (at least soemthing like that) i guess it means Giving. so true indeed.
