prelims are over!
i'm bringing sexy back! yeah!
so happy! prelims are over. it's seems damn fast la. but i don mind. i've been waiting for this day for a long time. well, who cares if it's only the prelim and there's the big fat A lvl after that. but i shall enjoy my one week break now. oh well, we rest now for a longer journey later.
yesterday was a really fun day. went cycling at ecp and pasta later. shiok. burn away the calorie and fats that's been accumulating everytime i sit and study through the day/night. wah damn tired now. shoulders ache ah. the class ppl are really sporty. cycling after exams, tennis after friday's lessons, jogging after tennis/sch and badminton even though there's no pe. which is good coz games bond ppl real well. better than class outings like movies, meals and window shopping which not everyone likes.
today i just slacked around the house and watch recorded shows. 'prison break' is quite nice. my, 'the matrix reloaded' is really a good show. very intriging. and very fascinating to imagine if our world is just like the matrix. and their conversations are really interesting.

" the architectso anyway, i've been thinking bout superstitions lately. u noe, the stuff that ppl do just to give them peace that things will go the way ppl want. unlucky 13 and black cats aside. there're ppl who carry their "lucky pencil" into the exam hall, keep good luck charms in their pencil cases etc. i think everyone has some kinda stuff like that. don tell me u don believe in such stuff. i'll like to see u try ignoring the black cat that is wandering towards a funeral. or i'll like to see u try walking under a ladder or pointing to the moon. i have a gd luck charm too. i donno if it works but i've kept it for years. i don noe if this means anything too. and i think that if i said or think too much about something that i really want to happen, there's a high chance that it'll not happen. like results. i remember saying and thinking that i can pass O lvl chinese well, well guess wad, i didn't. so it's best not to think or say such stuff at all. which i did after my bio paper *smack forehead* sigh...
like in the TV show "grey's anatomy". Dr. burke will not operate without his cap. Dr. McDreamy will start every operation with, "it's a great day. let's have some music" and some assistant will play some music while he saws someone's head. Dr. Shephard hands out hot cocoa, called "juju", for operations that fail. haha! i love good drama series. when can s'pore stop producing stupid shows like "my sassy neighbour" and get real that local production sucks?
i think ppl stupidly believe and adhere to superstitions because, ironically, we are smart enough to know that we don have all the answers. it's true. like exams, of which the results will be out on thurs. can't wait man...
