i sat in an empty non-aircon bus as it snaked its way through the quiet neighbourhood. the wind is chilly and the air is peaceful. nice. just wad i need after all this time spent breathing the air from air-con vents. such artificial air can't beat it. that's why i like the night, things are always more sane at night.
i keep hearing ppl say that they're tired. i donno if that's wad u say to fill the moments of slience during a conversation or u're really tired. the worse is hearing ppl say that they are sian. frankly, i'm sick of hearing ppl say that everything is sian. sch food is sian, nanyang mart is sian, studying is sian, the campus is big also sian... wad's wrong man?! if things sian the hell outta u, then change for the better. if u are not willing to change the thing that irks you, then don complain. if u can't change the thing that irks you, then change ur attitude if u must. there isn't any point complaining coz the attitude, not the object, would make thing miserable for you. and i swear misery is more infectious than laughter. wad happen to not taking things for granted? stop sian-ing everything around you and eat, if not then u can cook.
Last week was one hell of a terrible week. accouting midterm on tue, means weekend and mon are burnt, bloody FM proj that doesn't cooperate, accounting proj that dries all our brains and FM lessons on thurs and fri. my group stayed in the FAL till like 9+pm on wed nite just to work on FM, so i had to miss cheerleading. then it was FM and acc proj for both thurs and fri afternoon, like our energy are not drained after 3hrs FM seminars. my only consolation was that i'm meeting my sqmates next fri.
we handed up 2 projs and did 1 presentation in 2 days. that's a heavy load off my shoulders!
and i donated blood two days ago! yay! i think blood donation is like an internal exfoliator, like the incredible facial scrub i'm using now. haha! my friend's mom objected when she wanted to donate. the thing is she (mom) has gone under the knife quite a few times liao. i think they need some blood supply during the op rite? so that was like, "huh?"
