HAHA! i noe this post is long overdued, but our celebratory session are far from over.

the day started with jake, siu zen, soo zain and i meeting for breakfast at 1030 and deciding whether to go for stats lecture, which starts at 1030. in the end, only jake went coz the girls have to report early for hair and makeup. then the whole afternoon was spent making the hair hard dao... and makeup thick dao... and of coz lotsa pic taking.

it was off to our final reherarsal liao. all was well till i fell (again) coz the hitch was too close. and it was off to the SRC!! panic! of coz, az have drilled us to shut up and think during the journey before the battle.

the wait in the waiting area didn't take long... we were dancing and singing a little to calm our nerves. and before we knew it, it was off to the hall.

we were the 2nd hall to perform, which is a good thing coz the expectation is lower i guess. the total time taken was bout 5 min plus. it was 5min of blur. everything just went by so fast, like our bodies are programmed to perform without the need to think. it's true in that sense coz we've been practising so hard that the routine is stuck in our head/body liao. but the thing is , i could not remember doing some parts of the routine. it is only after watching the video then can i convince myself that i did it. cheerleading is that strange a sport - there is hardly time for 'mind over body'!

this feeling is much worst than the ones we have before and during a soccer match. at least the soccer match is long enough for you to think and calm yourself down. in this case, it's just 5 min BOOM! and it's over. there isn't really a time for you to pant and check anything. it's really a trip to hell and back.

ok as said, we won! YAY! sweet sweet SWEET VICTORY =D so there was the ecentric jumping and hugging and screaming and lotsa lotsa photo taking. haha! and of coz the celebration went late into the night as we pigged out on pizzas and chicken wings and watch the re-run of our performance countless times.

i came back to hall at midnight last fri after the S12 gang outing coz it was too late to return home and go to orchard. i was damn tired but i still went online to view our video (haha! we'll nv get sick of viewing it! never!) then kerry aka dance partner! jio xiao mama, some other guys and i down to do stunts. they wanted to try basket and toss to hand. damn off la!! but they weren't lying. we went for supper later though... 9 ppl inside a honda integra. unbelievable.
