i want you to know with everything i won't let this go
and here's the annual ritual of wrapping up a year and welcoming yet another one.
so anyway,
2008..
of touching gold at HO and forging unbelieveable bonds within the cheerleading team;
of almost love and learning that it just might be love of the idea instead of the person;
of getting into THM and loving it! and thanking God for it;
of witnessing VJSG claiming gold back and realising what an incredible history we had;
of having a dream vacation at Redang Island and having one of the best 4 days of the year;
of surviving sports camp and hall camp back to back and having a great sense of satisfaction that i've just created memories for freshies and seniors alike;
of starting university year 2 fresh and very much enjoying my specialisation core subjects;
of making a decision to rejoin cheerleading and mustering all physical and mental energy to push for a medal again;
of getting a bad injury and realising that i'll never truly recover until after e competition;
finally, of growing up
2008 has been good, i must say. and hopefully 2009 will be a blast..
2009..
of independence from parental guidance yet dependence on the economy progress,
of learning to find satisfaction in what i have yet always finding disatisfaction with myself and improving,
of counting my blessings yet taking risks
finally, of living life with no regrets.
